RSET has run a research centre since 2003 and has been a KTU Place of Research since 2016-17.
Rajagiri Research & Consultancy Centre
Set up in 2007-08 so faculty, students and industry can work together on interdisciplinary projects and consultancy.
STEAG Centre for Smart City Technologies
One of four industry-supported centres at RSET, alongside PHOENIX, AGAPPE and MiPHI.
Rajagiri Institute of Future Technologies
RIoFT works alongside ŚŪNYA Labs and the Centre for Topology and Applications.
Innovation & entrepreneurship
IEDC, the Institution's Innovation Council, an IPR cell, the ORBIIT startup space and a tie-up with Kerala Startup Mission.

RSET has MoUs with universities in Australia, Europe and Asia. Groups of students have done short internships in Australia and Malaysia, and the twinning programmes let you complete part of your degree overseas.

The multipurpose auditorium seats 2,500, with multiple aisles and a wide fan layout that keeps every row close to the stage.
Bharatham
The two-day intra-college arts fest.
Abhiyanthriki & Techkshetra
A national tech fest every two years, and a one-day fest that draws students from across Kerala in the alternate years.
Ranabhoomi
The annual sports meet each March. The campus has floodlit basketball courts and a cricket stadium built with the Kerala Cricket Association.

Questions
Is RSET an autonomous college?
Yes. The UGC granted autonomous status in 2020. RSET is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and approved by AICTE.
Which B.Tech. programmes are NBA accredited?
Seven hold NBA Tier 1: Applied Electronics & Instrumentation, Civil, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Information Technology and Mechanical.
Does Rajagiri work through admission agents?
No. Rajagiri has not appointed any agency. Ignore anyone offering seats and write to admissions@rajagiritech.edu.in directly.
In which fields can I do a Ph.D.?
Chemistry, Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, Mathematics, Mechanical and Physics.
Are there hostels on campus?
Yes, separate hostels for men and women, with resident tutors. A bus runs between the women's hostel and the college.
How do I reach the campus?
Rajagiri Valley is in Kakkanad, close to Infopark and Smart City. College buses connect the campus to the main points in Kochi and its suburbs.
